Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients:


1 cup of ground almonds
1.5 cups of medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cups of pepita /sunflower seeds
3 heaped tbs of peanut butter
2 heaped tbs of Nutra Organics vanilla cookie dough protein powder
1 tbs melted coconut oil
Desiccated coconut for coating

Method:


Place ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until the consistency is similar to cookie dough (add extra coconut oil if needed).
Roll into small balls & coat with desiccated coconut.
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
