Winter Oxymel

Ingredients


3/4 cup of fresh rosemary leaves
3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
3 tbsp of fresh oregano leaves
12 cloves of garlic
500ml apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp of raw honey (sweeten with more if desired)

Method:


Place all herbs, garlic and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan
Gentle heat on low with the lid on until it comes to a simmer
Simmer for 10 minutes
Strain liquid into a sterilised jar
Add honey
Refrigerate in your air tight jar (lasts up to 6 months)
